    • Tom: I mainly take care of customers who need spare parts for their machines. I am also responsible for dispatching and delivering the parts.

  • Do you deliver the parts yourself J?
    • Tom: As we deliver worldwide,that would be impossible. All parts are sent by post or couriered.

  • How long does it take for the spare parts to be despatched?
    • Tom: If requested, courier delivery takes 7 days. By post it can take up to 21 days.
       

  • Szultka Fitness:
  • As we know, you have worked for the company for over 5 years. Which spare parts do you receive the most inquiries about?
    • Tom: Most customers' inquiries relate to cables, pulleys and upholstery. It is normal for these to become worn with regular use, and they should be periodically replaced.
       

  • Szultka Fitness:
  • How often should you replace the cables and pulleys in a TITAN T1?
    • Tom: The answer depends on how a machine is used. In the fitness club, cables should be replaced every year and pulleys at least once every three years. At home, if the machine is regularly used, cables should be replaced every two years and pulleys every six years.
       

  • Szultka Fitness:
  • What is the warranty period for cables and pulleys?
    • Tom: All TITAN T1 cables and pulleys carry a one year warranty. This is extended to two years for the American market.
        

  • Szultka Fitness:
  • If purchased outside warranty, how much does a T1 cable cost?
    • Tom: It depends on the length of a cable. A full set of T1 cables and pulleys costs $40 plus around $25 for delivery.
        

  • Szultka Fitness:
  • Do you get inquiries about anything other than spare parts?
    • Tom: Yes, we get many inquires about the proper maintenance of our equipment, about which materials we use in our machines and parts, and so on.
       

    Szultka Fitness:
  • Being very busy, do you ever get the chance to go on vacation?
    • Tom: Usually when I am on holidays, my duties are taken over by Mr. Andrzej ( Andrew ) Rafinski. He is then responsible for the whole service operation for 28 days.
